Steven Kearnes

Research Fellow
Steven Kearnes received a BS in biochemistry from Brigham Young University and a PhD in structural biology from Stanford University as a member of Vijay Pande’s group. After leaving Stanford, Steve joined Google’s Accelerated Science team to focus on machine learning for molecular data, including graph convolutional architectures and DNA-encoded library selections. Prior to joining Genesis, he was Director of AI Research at Relay Therapeutics. He is also a founding member of the Open Reaction Database project.
